Shipping policy

 

Shipping times given at checkout are an approximation and can be longer than expected. Royalty Cosmetics Co will make every effort to send all domestic and international orders within 48 hours of receiving the order and confirming payment. We will provide tracking information with regards to your order and pass on any updates we may receive with regards to your order but please be aware that delivery times are dependent on factors outside Royalty Cosmetics Co control and whilst we will make every effort to deliver your order on time, we cannot guarantee that there will not be delays. Royalty Cosmetics Co is also not liable or responsible for any lost parcels after the parcel is handed over to the delivery service. The customer agrees to be responsible for following up parcel location with the delivery service and lodge disputes with the shipping courier if there are issues in receiving the parcel. Note that standard shipping does not come with insurance and by selecting this method of shipping, no cover will be added for delivery services.

Domestic orders will automatically be requested for safe drop deposit unless you request for this to not occur. If you do not wish to have safe drop off enabled, please specify in the order comments at checkout.

If you notice any damage to your parcel during shipping please contact us immediately. If one of the items you've ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item comes back into stock. If you would like an update please email us at support@royaltycosmetics.shop.
