Refund policy

Eligibility for returns: 

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days from the arrival of the products as confirmed by our courier services. Items must be in a resaleable condition – unused or minimally used, unwashed and show no signs of wear - products with distinct odours, fragrance, blemishes, signs of wear and tear, dust, animal/human hair will not be accepted for refund. Royume does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges or store credit for change of mind. NO returns or exchanges for any items bought on sale or at a reduced price.

Any items with Major damage (eg. the product is unsafe, does not fit the description or is not fit for purpose) that is not due to intentional or unintentional misuse, abnormal misuse, intentional damage or accidental damage are able to be returned for either a replacement or refund subject to approval. Items which are outside of our 14 day return period cannot be returned. 
Any items with Minor damage (eg. slight discoloration or minor damage to the handle or ferrule) that is not due to intentional or unintentional misuse, abnormal misuse, intentional damage or accidental damage are able to be returned for repair or replacement subject to approval. Items which are outside of our 14 day return period cannot be returned. Items must be received and inspected prior to the issuing of a refund and are subject top the condition of the item. Please insure that all products are packed securely. Any damage during transport will be the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure that original packaging, hair nets, boxes and plastic coverings are sent together with the products and arrive intact in their correct positions. Please send through an inquiry via email for approval from our team if you have any questions with regards to this.  You are entitled to a refund of the price that was paid, minus the cost of shipping. Please note that if the item was provided as a giveaway or prize, you are not entitled to a refund. Similarly, if the product was paid for with a coupon or at a reduced sale price, the price paid less shipping is what will be refunded. When shipping is inclusive of the cost or provided “freely” to the consumer, this means that Royalty Cosmetics Ltd is providing this service to the consumer at their our own expense. This arrangement is waved in the event of an item return, whereby the consumer will be granted a refund of the item, minus the cost of shipping. 

Refund or Replacement Process

If you meet our returns criteria please email support@royaltycosmetics.shop. After gaining approval we will send you information outlining the process of returning the product or products to our warehouse for review. Please follow these instructions  closely. Please allow up to 7 days from when the parcel is received for your return to be processed. It could take up to another 7 days for your refund amount to be received by your bank, please be patient as this is not a process we can hasten.

When returning a parcel, we recommend insurance as well as a tracking number be provided to our support team to ensure delivery. Royalty Cosmetics Ltd will be unable to process refunds of products that are damaged in transit or parcels that are not received. Customers are required to keep all relevant return information, including their return tracking number, in case any issues arise. Royalty Cosmetics Ltd will not be responsible for ensuring that the products arrive safely at the destination, this is the responsibility of the customer.
