Shipping
Shipping for domestic orders is placed with Australia Post. Delivery can be expected within 2 to 8 business days depending on location. International orders may take up to 28 business days to arrive. Please see our Shipping Policy page for more information.
Care Instructions
To clean, simply occasionally wash your brush with some gentle soap cleanser or brush cleaner and always dry with the brush guard to help the brush keep its shape. Do not use rough circular motions to scrub the brush hairs whilst cleaning and do not blowdry brush hairs. Hang brush with brush hairs pointing towards the ground to dry. Alternatively, you can dry it lying horizontally on a flat surface. Please do not dry with brush hairs pointing up as this will cause the glue joining brush hairs, ferrule and handle to loosen over time.
Please note that as with all natural hair brushes, it is normal for some hair fallout to occur during the first few uses, this should decrease and eventually stop after a few washes. The shape of the brush may also change after bring used and washed, due to spreading of brush hairs with pressure during use. To maintain the closest shape to when first received please follow the care guidelines above.
